Madison Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A 21-year-old man from Bonne Terre was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon in a motorcycle crash in Madison County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 3:50 p.m. on March 3, 2026, on Madison County Road 217, about one mile east of Fredericktown.
Troopers report the westbound 2015 Kawasaki Ninja traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a mailbox, ejecting the driver.
The driver was not wearing a safety device at the time of the crash. He sustained moderate injuries and was airlifted by Air Evac to Mercy Hospital South. The motorcycle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
