One Killed, Two Children Injured in St. Francois County Crash Thursday Night

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A 20-year-old man from Farmington was killed in a two-vehicle crash Thursday evening, April 30, 2026, in St. Francois County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 7:51 p.m. on Route OO at Williams Drive. The report states a 35-year-old Farmington man driving a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox was traveling southbound and attempted to turn left onto Williams Drive.

During the turn, the SUV entered the path of a northbound 2019 Kawasaki motorcycle. The motorcycle struck the front right side of the SUV, ejecting the rider.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two children riding in the SUV, a 7-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl, sustained minor injuries. Both were transported by private vehicle to Parkland Health Center in Farmington for treatment.

The driver of the SUV was not reported injured.

Both vehicles were totaled and towed from the scene.
