Jefferson Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A Park Hills man is being held in the Jefferson County Jail after his arrest Wednesday on a Missouri Department of Corrections warrant and additional felony charges.
According to an online arrest report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 56-year-old Andrew G. Roman of Park Hills was arrested at 5:22 p.m. on April 8, 2026, in Jefferson County.
Authorities say Roman was taken into custody on a Missouri Department of Corrections warrant for probation absconder.
In addition to that warrant, the Missouri State Highway Patrol listed two Patrol charges against Roman: felony driving while revoked and stealing a motor vehicle.
Roman is currently being held at the Jefferson County Jail and is being held without bond, according to the arrest report.
