Pups in the Park: Barksgiving Set for Saturday in Desloge

Desloge, Mo. (KFMO) - The Desloge Parks and Recreation Department is inviting local pet owners to celebrate “Pups in the Park: Barksgiving” this Saturday, November 22, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Brightwell Dog Park, located at 309 North Harry Jr. Street.

Desloge City Administrator Stephanie Daffron says the event will include a pet supply drive to benefit the local animal shelter.

Families and their furry friends can also enjoy a best dressed pup contest, photobooth, dog treat station, hot chocolate, and several other activities. The event is free and open to the public.
