St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A registered sex offender was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) Monday afternoon.
According to the MSHP arrest report, 42-year-old Christopher D. Wineman, of Bonne Terre, was arrested for loitering in and around a state park, in St. Francois County, with a playground present.
He was placed in the St. Francois County Jail and later released.
