Ribbon Cutting Held for The Roost Play Cafe in Farmington

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Wednesday for a new and unique business in Farmington.

The Roost Play Cafe officially opened its doors with a celebration welcoming community members, local leaders, and supporters. Owner and founder Ashley Eckhoff says the idea behind the business is to create a space where families can gather in a welcoming, safe environment that encourages both play and connection.

Eckhoff says while the play area is designed with children in mind, the cafe offers much more than just a place for kids to have fun.
