Ste. Genevieve County Traffic Accident

(Ste. Genevieve County, MO.) Three people are recovering from injuries after a two vehicle wreck in Ste. Genevieve county Wednesday afternoon. Highway Patrol Reports the accident took place shortly after 2:30 as 31 year old Shawn C. Livingston, of St. James, was driving west on HH, at the intersection with Route D. He failed to stop at the stop sign and drove into the path of a pick up truck driven south by 67 year old Cecil C. Crocker Junior of Bonne Terre. Crocker's truck crashed into the side of Livingston's car. Both vehicles ran off the road. Crocker received serious injuries and was taken to Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis. Livingston, and his passenger, 22 year old Sara L. Jones, of Park Hills, were moderately injured. They were taken to Parkland Health Center South in Farmington. Two Bonne Terre residents, who were passengers in Crocker's truck, 17 year old Kevin W. Nash and 27 year old  Robert L. Gyngard, were taken to Parkland Health Center in Farmington for minor injuries. Crocker and Jones were wearing their seat belts when the wreck took place, everyone else was not.
