Cadet, Mo. (KFMO) - On Wednesday, April 22, 2026, deputies with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kenneth Blair after formal charges were filed in connection with a child sex crimes investigation.
Blair faces multiple felony charges, including four counts of statutory sodomy involving a child under the age of 12, one count of statutory rape involving a child under 12, one count of first-degree child molestation, and two counts of incest. Authorities have confirmed that Blair is being held on a $500,000 cash-only bond.
According to officials, the investigation was conducted by Washington County detectives working alongside the Washington County Juvenile Office, Washington County Children’s Division, the Washington County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and the Child Advocacy Center.
Authorities say the allegations involve serious sexual abuse of juvenile victims. No further details have been released at this time due to the ongoing nature of the investigation and the protection of those involved.
