31st Arcadia Valley Lions Club Rodeo

(Ironton, MO) The 31st annual Arcadia Valley Lion's Club Rodeo takes place this Friday and Saturday in the Arcadia Valley. The rodeo's long time organizer, Ken Wooten, says they present family entertainment with a great line up of national contestants.

According to Wooten events include bull riding, barrel racing, saddle bronc riding, team and calf roping, steer wrestling, and cowgirl break away roping. The area 4H clubs will help provide food for the event and gates open at 6 pm each evening. The rodeo will be held at the Ken Wooten Arena at the Arcadia Valley Lions Club Fairgrounds in Ironton. Ticket prices in advance are $10 for adults and $8 for children ages 6 to 11. The night of the rodeo tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for kids 6 to 11. Those under 6 years of age get in free both nights.
