Astronaut Gus Grissom Birthday Bash

(Bonne Terre, Mo) NASA Astronaut Virgil "Gus" Grissom's Birthday Bash will be held Saturday at the Space Museum and Grissom Center.

The Museum's Executive Director, Earl Mullins, says their special guest speaker is NASA Extra Vehicular Activity Flight Director at the Johnson Spaceflight Center, Megan Shutika.

Mullins adds they will also debut their virtual relity spacewalk program. The event begins at 10 o'clock Saturday morning at the Space Museum and Grissom Center, 118 School Street in Bonne Terre. Admisson is $15 for adults and $10 per child.
