Attorney Questions Criminal Penalties in Mask Mandate

(Farmington, MO) A Farmington Attorney, Tom Burcham, is representing a group of businesses and individuals in St. Francois County who are opposed to the mask mandate, and especially the criminal penalties included in it. Burcham says he contacted the Health Center's lawyer to announce the group was ready to take the issue of criminal penalties to court, as well as the decision to include a liability clause holding the Health Center unaccountable for any problems caused by the mandate.
