(St. Francois County, MO) A local businessman, 65 year old Jackie R. Patterson, The owner of Premier Tire and Automotive, is in custody after his arrest on 26 sexually related charges. According to a probable cause statement obtained from the CaseNet website, Patterson is alleged to have had sexual relations with a juvenile female for nearly a decade. The statement indicates Patterson allegedly began the abuse when the female juvenile was 9 years old in June of 1995. The statement shows the victim said she had been abused by Patterson at various locations in St. Francois County. The victim disclosed to investigators Patterson began the abuse when he started taking bubble baths with her while pressing his body up against her. The abuse is alleged to have escalated into oral sex, full intercourse, and other sexual acts. The statement also reveals the abuse is alleged to have occurred multiple times each week. Patterson is charged with 16 counts of Statutory Sodomy in the 1st degree, 7 counts of Rape in the 1st degree, 2 counts of Statutory Sodomy in the 2nd degree, and one count of child molestation in the 1st degree. Patterson is being held without bond at the St. Francois County Jail. There is no court date set yet.
