Buckle Up Phone Down Day

(Park Hills, MO) Officials with the Missouri Department of Transportation are urging drivers to buckle up and put down the phone while driving during Buckle Up Phone Down Day. An Area Engineer for the department, Chris Crocker, says it's all about getting rid of distractions when you're behind the wheel.

According to Crocker they have more information on their website at modot.org. Crocker also says it's helpful to raise awareness by sharing the department's website information on Buckle Up Phone Down Day through social media posts.
