Cases on Rise, Parson Talks Budget

(Jefferson City, Mo) - Corona cases are dramatically on the rise in the nation and in Missouri.  Governor Parson held a press conference on Tuesday afternoon and mentioned the virus, but spent a lot of time talking about the state budget that has been seriously hurt as a result of the virus.

Parson also mentioned that people should be encouraged to wear masks out in public to prevent the spread and most definitely exercise social distancing.  There were no additional cases in St Francois County reported Tuesday.  The count still stands at 152 since March 22.
