Costume Contest Part of Show Me Space Event

Bonne Terre, Mo. (KFMO) - A costume contest will be a part of the annual Show Me Space event presented by the Space Museum and Grissom Center. The museum's Executive Director, Earl Mullins, says first prize is $500.

Mullins says 2nd place will receive a $250 certifictae for the museum store and a $150 certificate for 3rd place.

Show Me Space will be held Saturday June 28, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A modeling contest will also be held. Tickets are available by visiting  showmespace2025.eventbrite.com.

Special guests include Astronaut Tom Jones, Dan Monroe: Content creator and host of “Movies, Music, & Monsters”, presenting deep dives into sci-fi, music, TV, behind-the-scenes secrets, and Hollywood props and others.
