COVID19 Monday Update

(St. Francois County, MO) The latest update on the amount of coronavirus cases in St. Francois County shows there have been 3836 cases confirmed in the county since March 22nd. 652 of those are active and 3154 have been released from isolation. 30 lives have been lost to the disease according to officials with the St. Francois County Health Center. There are 126 news cases since last Friday's report. The latest numbers show there are 19 active cases within the Department of Corrections buildings at Farmington and Bonne Terre and 55 in the counties long term care facilities. The top three zip codes in the area that have recorded the most cases are 63640 with 1766, 63628 with 992, and 63601 with 783 all since March. Beginning November 16th St. Francois County Health Center officials say they will go to a weekly update on case numbers.
