Ex Officer Hotchkiss In County Court

(Farmington, MO.) 33 year old Andrew Hotchkiss, a St. Francois County resident, will be in St. Francois County Court for a trial setting hearing Friday on multiple charges in connection to a child pornography case that was investigated in Oregon. An officer from Oregon's State Police contacted the St. Francois County Sheriff's Department about child pornography photos they had discovered on a cell phone. Through the data contained in the photos police were able to determine they had been taken at an address on Quiet Lane, north of Bonne Terre in St. Francois County. More photographs were found and they were alleged to contain Hotchkiss, a person younger than 12 years old, and Hotchkiss' girlfriend, 28 year old Roseanne Nickles. Nickles wound up not facing any charges claiming no knowledge of Hotchkiss' alleged activity. Hotchkiss is charged with as many as 51 different felonies in connection to the case. Hotchkiss, who is an ex Leadwood Police Officer, remains in the St. Francois County jail.
