Bonne Terre Man Injured in St. Francois County Crash

St. Francois County, Mo. (KFMO) - A Bonne Terre man was injured in a crash Saturday afternoon in St. Francois County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 47 near Calico Road just before 4 p.m. Troopers say a 2019 Jeep Wrangler, driven by the 42-year-old man from Bonne Terre, crossed the centerline, went off the left side of the roadway, and struck a fence and a tree. He was wearing a seatbelt but suffered moderate injuries.

He was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital South for treatment. The Jeep was towed from the scene.
