Farmington Man Injured in Crash

(Jefferson County, MO) A Farmington man, 48 year old Kevin R. Drinnin, is suffering serious injuries after a two car wreck in Jefferson County Saturday evening just after 5:30. According to reports from the Highway Patrol the accident took place as a car driven south on Highway 67, at Flucom Road, by 61 year old Josephine M. Miller of Imperial, prepared to make a left turn onto east Flucom Road. The second car was being driven north on 67 by Drinnin. Miller's vehicle pulled into the path of Drinnin's car and the two collided. Both cars ran off the right side of the highway Miller's vehicle came to rest in the grass while Drinnin's car slid off the highway and struck several trees. Drinnin was taken to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis. Miller was not injured.
