High Ridge Woman Dead in Car Crash

(Perry County, Mo) - A High Ridge woman, 27 year old Maya G. Flaherty, is dead after a one car accident in Perry County Saturday morning just before 7 o'clock. Highway Patrol reports show Flaherty was driving East on Highway 51, east of Perry County Road 600, when she lost control of the automobile and it ran off the right side of the road and smashed itno a tree. The car was totaled and it's not known if Flaherty was wearing a seat belt or not when the wreck took place. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
