Iron County Fatal Wreck

(Iron County, MO) A 64 year old man from Fenton, Alan K. Ainley, is dead after a tree fell on the car he was a passenger in was crushed by a falling tree in Iron County Tuesday evening. Reports from the Highway Patrol show 56 year old Diana M. Ainley was headed south on Highway 21, about 3 miles south of Glover, when a tree fell onto the car killing Alan Ainley. Diana Ainley received minor injuries and was taken to Iron County Medical Center. Alan Ainley was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident took place just after 6 pm.
