Fredericktown, Mo. (KFMO) - Monarch Family Resource Center has expanded its Learn to Earn program into Madison County, bringing new opportunities to residents in the Fredericktown area.
Executive Director Peter Schrock explains what the program is all about.
Schrock says the Learn to Earn program allows participants to complete educational classes focused on parenting. In return, they earn points that can be used to purchase essential items, helping families meet practical needs while building long-term stability. Schrock says expanding into Madison County is a great opportunity for the Fredericktown community.
He says the program is designed to strengthen families by offering both education and tangible support.
