Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - Voters in Park Hills rejected Proposition U during Tuesday’s General Municipal Election, according to local officials.
Following the outcome, Mayor Stacey Easter says the city will continue to move forward with city progress, despite the proposition not passing.
According to unofficial results released by the St. Francois County Clerk’s Office, the ballot issue had 388 voters, or 66.32%, saying no to Proposition U, while 197 voters said they wanted the proposition to pass.
