Patterson Court Date Set

(Farmington, MO) The business owner from Farmington, who was arrested for 26 sexual abuse related charges, 65 year old Jackie R. Patterson, will have a confined docket hearing Tuesday, January 9th in St. Francois County Court. The probable cause statement from the St. Francois County Sheriff's Department indicates Patterson is alleged to have had sexual relations with a juvenile female for nearly a decade. The statement indicates Patterson allegedly began the abuse when the female juvenile was 9 years old in June of 1995. The statement shows the victim said she had been abused by Patterson at various locations in St. Francois County. The statement also reveals the abuse is alleged to have occurred multiple times each week. Patterson is charged with 16 counts of Statutory Sodomy in the 1st degree, 7 counts of Rape in the 1st degree, 2 counts of Statutory Sodomy in the 2nd degree, and one count of child molestation in the 1st degree.
