Perryville Man Dead in Tractor Accident

(Perryville, MO.) A 77 year old man from Perryville, John T. Melton, is dead after becoming victim to an apparent medical condition while driving his tractor Tuesday afternoon. Highway Patrol reports show Melton was driving the tractor at 2 o'clock, at 918 Dogwood Dells Lane, when the incident took place. Melton fell off the tractor and it struck him killing him. Melton was pronounced dead at the scene.
