Saturday St. Francois County Accident

(St. Francois County, MO) An Arnold man, 21 year old Michael L. Schallert, is recovering from moderate injuries after the ORV he was riding flipped over in St. Joe State Park Saturday evening just before 7 o'clock. Troopers with the Highway Patrol say Schallert was riding the ORV as it was headed east on Trail 100. It was being driven by 21 year old Brandon Cleary of Trafalgar, Indiana, when Cleary made an abrupt left turn. The ORV flipped over injuring Schallert who was wearing a helmet at the time. He was taken to Mercy Hospital South.
