SEMO Family Violence Council Raffle Results

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - $5,000 is going to Crystal Dement after her name was drawn as part of a fundraiser raffle event for the SEMO Family Violence Council.

A Shelter Manager with the group, Brittney Conway, says it's a special limited annual fundraiser that helps provide a great prize for the winner, and extra funds to help the shelter.

According to Conway, the money the council receives will help with many different types of expenses including the acquisition of important paperwork for victims like birth certificates.
