Serious Injuries Ste. Genevieve County

(New Offenburg, MO.) A Ste. Genevieve woman, 39 year old Amy L. Meyer, is suffering serious injuries after she was involved in a wreck with a utility vehicle Saturday night, at 9:25, in Ste. Genevieve County. Highway Patrol reports indicate Meyer and another woman, 34 year old Amanda G. Heil, also of Ste. Genevieve, were riding in the vehicle driven by 42 year old Paula R. Rose, of Ste. Genevieve. The accident took place at 13750 New Offenburg Road as Rose crashed into a fence while trying to make a turn on private property. All three women were thrown from the vehicle. Meyer was flown to Mercy Hospital St. Louis while Heil, who was moderately injured, was taken to Ste. Genevieve Memorial Hospital. Rose was not injured.
