Three Men Loose from Iron County Jail

(Ironton, MO) Three men are on the loose after having escaped the Iron County Jail Saturday. Reports indicate the men broke out in the early morning hours of Saturday at about 4:30. No one was reported injured in the incident. The mean are 57 year old Tracy Brown he has an address of Iron Mountain Lake. Brown is described as a white male who is 5 feet 9 inches tall with green eyes and gray and black hair with a bald spot. He was wearing a black and white jumpsuit and was being held on burglary charges. Authorities are also looking for 36 year old Dwight Abernathie of Ironton. He is a white male who stands 6 feet 1 inch tall with blue eyes and brown hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt and gray sweatpants. Abernathie was being held on charges of first degree assault and first degree sodomy. The third inmate is 35 year old Samuel Gillam of Park Hills. He is also a white male. Gillam is 5 feet 6 inches tall with blue eyes and brown hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt and striped pants. He was being held on charges of interference with custody. The United States Marshall's Service is assisting the sheriff's department in the search.
