Truck Overturns on Private Road in Ste. Genevieve County, Driver Injured

Ste. Genevieve Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A 53-year-old man was injured early Tuesday morning in a single-vehicle crash on a private road at the Holcim Concrete Plant in Ste. Genevieve County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 2:55 a.m. on February 17, 2026. The driver was operating a westbound 2019 Freightliner Cascadia when the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the right side of the roadway, and overturned. The driver, who was not wearing a safety device at the time of the crash, sustained moderate injuries. He was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital Jefferson for treatment.

The truck sustained extensive damage and was towed from the scene.
