(Washington County, MO) A man from Washington County, 25 year old, Derrek Lee Duncan, will have a bond reduction hearing next Tuesday after being charged with Murder in the 2nd Degree, Distribution of a Controlled Substance in a Protected Location, and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana Or Synthetic Cannabinoid. Duncan is accused of selling fentanyl to 22 year old Austin Yarbrough in November of last year. Autopsy results show Yarbrough died of acute fentanyl intoxication. During investigative interviews Duncan is said to have admitted to selling Yarbrough the fentanyl. Duncan has been arrested for possession and distributing before. He was booked into the Washington County jail on a $150,000 bond.
