Washington County Thursday Crash

(Washington County, MO) A Mineral Point Man, 57 year old Robert D. Drennen, is suffering serious injuries after an ATV accident in Washington County Thursday afternoon just after 5 o'clock. Highway Patrol reports show Drennen was driving east on New Diggins Road, at Huff Road, when the vehicle ran off the right side of the road. Drennen overcorrected the vehicle and he was thrown off the ATV. He was not wearing a helmet when the accident occurred. Drennen was taken to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis.
