Madison Co., Mo. (KFMO) - An 18-year-old Fredericktown man was killed in a single-vehicle crash just north of Fredericktown early Tuesday morning.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, the accident happened at midnight on March 3, 2026 on Highway OO, about one-half mile north of Fredericktown in Madison County.
A 2007 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling southbound when the driver ran off the roadway and struck a tree. The vehicle sustained total damage and was towed from the scene.
The teen driver was not wearing a safety device at the time of the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene and later transported by the Madison County Coroner to the county morgue.
