Authorities Seek Public’s Help to Identify Man Found Near Grant’s Trail in 2021

St. Louis Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The St. Louis County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man whose human remains were discovered near Grant’s Trail in November 2021.

Investigators have released an artist’s rendering created with assistance from the St. Louis County Medical Examiner’s Office and the Ramapo College of New Jersey Investigative Genetic Genealogy Center. The image may represent what the deceased man looked like in life.

Authorities say the goal is to generate new leads that could help identify the man and ultimately provide answers to a family that may not yet know what happened to their loved one.

Officials are urging anyone who believes they may recognize the individual or have any information that could assist investigators to come forward.
