St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - With Halloween falling on Friday this year, authorities across the Parkland are preparing for what’s expected to be a larger number of trick-or-treaters out enjoying the night.
St. Francois County Sheriff Jeff Crites is reminding parents and children to stay alert and make safety a priority.
Crites mentions that taking advantage of Trunk or Treat events is a safe alternative to walking the streets.
