BBB Issues Warning About Club Car Wash After Hundreds of Complaints

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - The Better Business Bureau is warning consumers to be cautious when using Club Car Wash, a Columbia, Missouri-based company that operates more than 200 locations across 11 states.

According to the BBB, the organization has received over 240 complaints about Club Car Wash in the past three years. Of those, 67% were related to vehicle damage, and 27% involved problems with membership billing. Due to a pattern of unresolved and unanswered complaints, the BBB has assigned Club Car Wash an “F” rating, the lowest possible on its scale. Additionally, the business has received 73 customer reviews, with the majority expressing dissatisfaction.

The BBB advises customers to carefully review terms and inspect vehicles before and after services.
