Ironton, Mo. (KFMO) - A summertime tradition in the Arcadia Valley continues to draw visitors from near and far, thanks to the mouthwatering flavors at Baylee Jo’s BBQ in Ironton.
Located right along Highway 21, just across from Shepherd Mountain, Baylee Jo’s is a go-to stop for travelers heading out to enjoy swimming, camping, or fishing in the region. The menu includes smoked pork steaks, pulled pork, chicken quarters, and a variety of other barbecue favorites.
Owner Jeremy Horton, who has operated the restaurant for about six years, says the popularity of Baylee Jo’s stretches beyond Iron County.
In addition to the restaurant’s menu, Horton says fans of Baylee Jo’s flavors can now bring some of that BBQ taste home. Their signature sauces are available for purchase in several local grocery stores, including area Save A Lot locations.
