Bismarck Woman Charged With Felony Domestic Assault

Bismarck, Mo. (KFMO) - A Bismarck woman is facing a felony domestic assault charge following a disturbance investigation on August 2nd.

Officers with the Bismarck Police Department responded to the 900 block of High Street at approximately 5:35 p.m. August 2 for a report of a disturbance. After arriving at the scene and conducting an investigation, officers arrested Amanda Hadley. She was transported to the St. Francois County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.

The victim was transported to a local medical facility for treatment.

A report was forwarded to the St. Francois County Prosecutor’s Office. On August 3, a warrant was issued for Hadley charging her with Domestic Assault in the Second Degree, a felony.

Bond was set at $20,000 cash or surety.
