Bloomsdale Couple Arrested on Multiple Child Sex Crime and Endangerment Charges

Bloomsdale, Mo. (KFMO) - A Bloomsdale couple is in custody after two separate arrests Monday in Ste. Genevieve County involving serious child-related offenses.

According to online arrest reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 38-year-old Charles R. Massa of Bloomsdale was taken into custody at 3:40 p.m. Monday. Massa is being held on multiple patrol-referred charges, including promoting child pornography in the first degree, possession of child pornography, two counts of first-degree child molestation, and two counts of second-degree child molestation. He was booked into the Ste. Genevieve County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

A few hours later at 7:09 p.m., troopers arrested 35-year-old Kristen R. Massa, also of Bloomsdale. She is charged with felony endangering the welfare of a child and is being held at the Ste. Genevieve County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
