Caledonia, Mo. (KFMO) - The Caledonia Strawberry Festival and BBQ is returning to the Village of Caledonia on Saturday, May 16, 2026, offering a full day of family-friendly fun, food, and entertainment.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with free admission, making it an accessible outing for residents across the Parkland region. Festivalgoers can enjoy a wide variety of strawberry-themed treats along with mouthwatering barbecue.
Activities throughout the day include live music at the park pavilion, pony rides, a free petting zoo, and even a mechanical bull ride. Children can take part in strawberry-themed games and other activities designed just for them.
The Village Park will also be filled with handcrafted vendors offering unique goods, while adults can take part in wine tasting. One of the highlights of the day will be the strawberry baking contest, with judging scheduled for 1 p.m.
Organizers say the festival is designed to bring the community together for a fun and festive spring celebration.
