Jefferson Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A Cedar Hill man is facing serious charges following a stabbing incident early Monday morning.
35-year-old Joshua Plack has been charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action after allegedly stabbing a female victim multiple times at a home in the 9600 block of Wine Creek Farm Road around midnight. According to authorities, the victim told investigators that Plack became enraged, threatened her life, and then used a staff with a blade attached to repeatedly stab her. She was treated at a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Plack fled the scene but was later taken into custody at a business in Eureka by the Eureka Police Department. He is currently being held at the Jefferson County Jail without bond.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
