City of Park Hills Launches New Utility Billing System

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - The City of Park Hills has announced a new software system for the Utilities Department aimed at making it easier for residents to manage their utility accounts and make payments.

According to city officials, the updated system provides customers with more convenient ways to access account information and pay bills at any time.

Residents can make utility payments by phone by calling 833-500-4237. Online payments are also available through the city’s new payment portal at municipalonlinepayments.com/parkhillsmo.

The city noted that the Utilities payment link on the official City of Park Hills website is currently being updated and is expected to be available soon.

The Utilities Department office remains open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Customers who have questions about their accounts or the new system are encouraged to call and remain on the line for assistance from a team member.

City officials say the new system is designed to provide a more user-friendly experience and expanded payment convenience for utility customers in Park Hills.
