Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend, meaning it’s time to set your clocks back one hour before going to bed Saturday night.
The official time change occurs at 2 a.m. Sunday, November 2, when clocks “fall back” to 1 a.m. The switch marks the return to Standard Time, giving everyone an extra hour of sleep but signaling earlier sunsets in the evenings.
Safety experts also recommend using the time change as a reminder to check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in your home.
