St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A community presentation highlighting a new coordinated care platform is set to take place Wednesday in St. Francois County.
The St. Francois County Community Partnership, in collaboration with Parkland Health Center, is hosting a presentation on Unite Us, a system designed to improve how organizations connect individuals and families with services. Executive Director Brandon Tucker says Unite Us is a coordinated care platform created to streamline referrals, improve communication, and strengthen collaboration across the region.
The presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from noon until 4 p.m. at the First State Community Center. Lunch will be provided by Parkland Health Center. Organizers say the event is geared toward nonprofits, healthcare and behavioral health professionals, educators, social service providers, faith-based organizations, and other community groups involved in care and referrals.
Attendees will learn how the platform works, the benefits of joining, and how organizations can register and begin using the system to better serve those in need. Those interested are encouraged to share the opportunity with administrators, coworkers, counselors, case managers, officers, teachers, coaches, and others involved in community care.
