Dance for a Cause to Benefit Alzheimer's Association Set for July 11 in Farmington

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - Community members are invited to put on their dancing shoes for Dance for a Cause on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Long Hall, located at 110 W. Columbia Street in Farmington.

The event will feature line dancing and couples dancing with a variety of music styles while raising funds for the Walk to End Alzheimer's through the Alzheimer's Association.

The evening begins with a dance lesson from 6:30 to 7 p.m., where participants can learn the steps to a couples dance and a swing dance. An open dance will follow from 7 to 8 p.m., giving attendees the chance to enjoy a variety of music and show off their new moves.

Admission is $5, with all cover charge proceeds benefiting the Walk to End Alzheimer's.

Organizers say light refreshments will be provided, and both couples and singles are welcome to attend.
