De Soto Man Arrested in Jefferson County on Trespassing and Privacy Charges

Jefferson Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A De Soto man is facing multiple charges following an arrest Thursday morning in Jefferson County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 26-year-old Tyler C. Kinkead was arrested at approximately 8:49 a.m. on March 19, 2026.

Kinkead is charged with invasion of privacy, first-degree trespassing, trespassing, and failure to obey a lawful order.

Authorities report he is being held in Jefferson County custody on a $2,500 bond.
