Cape Girardeau Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A 25-year-old man from Desloge was injured in a single-vehicle crash Thursday morning in Cape Girardeau County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 6:50 a.m. on February 26, 2026, on Highway 25, approximately one-half mile north of Dutchtown.
Troopers report a 2014 Nissan Sentra was traveling southbound when it ran off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle sustained extensive damage and was towed from the scene.
The man was reported to have been wearing a safety device at the time of the crash. He sustained moderate injuries and was transported by EMS to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau for treatment.
