Doe Run Man Killed in Early Morning Crash on Route B in St. Francois County

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A Doe Run man was killed early Monday morning in a single-vehicle crash in St. Francois County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at approximately 6:47 a.m. on April 27, 2026, along northbound Route B, just north of Russell Road.

Investigators say a 2008 Cadillac SRX was traveling northbound when it ran off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle then struck a chevron sign and a tree before overturning.

The 42-year-old male driver, who was not wearing a safety device at the time of the crash, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The vehicle sustained total damage and was towed from the scene.
