Farmington City Light & Water Announces New Email Address for E-Billing and Official Communications

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - Farmington City Light & Water is notifying customers of an important update regarding electronic billing and official correspondence.

Effective immediately, all City Light & Water e-bills will now be sent from a new email address: noreply@erpmail.tylerapp.com. The new address will also be used for citizen service requests and communications related to online employment applications. Officials say the change comes as a result of updates to the utility’s current billing software.

Customers are encouraged to add the new email address to their safe sender list to ensure delivery of bills and other important information. Anyone expecting a bill or correspondence who has not received it should check their junk or spam folder.
