Farmington Man Arrested on Statutory Rape Charges

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A Farmington man has been arrested in connection with multiple sexual offenses involving a child.

According to the St. Francois County Sheriff’s Department, 30-year-old Keelan Daniel Bowers was taken into custody on Friday, September 26, 2025, by the department’s Detective Division. Investigators say a confession was obtained by the lead detective during the course of the investigation. Following the arrest, the prosecuting attorney issued a warrant for Statutory Rape.

Bowers’ bond has been set at $250,000, and he is currently being held at the St. Francois County Detention Center. The Sheriff’s Department says the case remains under investigation.
